All features

Every shipped feature, each with its own admin screen. This is the canonical list — Docs links here rather than repeating it.

Documented separately

These have their own full page, linked from the Build your site group in Docs.

Every other feature

One section each. Short by design — ask the assistant if you want more detail on any of these.

Members

Visitor accounts — separate from the admin users who edit your site — including magic-link sign-in and, for sites that use it, membership tiers and subscriptions.

For sites that want a logged-in-visitor concept: gated content, or a real account system rather than anonymous readers.

Newsletter

Draft email campaigns, and manage subscriber lists and subscriptions. Sending a campaign is always a deliberate step in the admin, never automatic.

For building an audience: create lists, let people subscribe with double opt-in, draft a campaign, send it when ready.

Redirects

Manual URL redirect rules, and how often each one gets hit.

Use it whenever a page's address changes and you don't want old links, or search results, to break.

SEO

Override title and description metadata on individual pages and posts, set site-wide defaults, regenerate the sitemap.

Most of the time the defaults are fine; this is where you step in for the one page that needs a different search-result title.

Taxonomy

Custom taxonomies — categories, tags, or whatever grouping your content needs — and tag entries with their terms.

Organize content beyond a single flat list, grouping posts or pages by topic, type, or any classification your site needs.

Widgets

Reusable content blocks you create once, then place into page regions or embed inline inside rich content.

For anything that shows up in more than one place — a sidebar promo, a recurring call-to-action — without copying it everywhere it appears.

Analytics

Records site events, such as page views, as visitors browse your site, buffered and written to storage for later review.

The raw data behind knowing what's actually being read on your site, without relying on a third-party script.

Change Sets

Every content change made through the admin, including ones the AI assistant makes on your behalf, recorded as an auditable, revertible change set.

If something gets edited by mistake, this is where you find out what happened and undo it.

Deployments

Configure where your site deploys to, trigger a static export, view the Dockerfile used to build the image that runs it.

The bridge between editing content locally and getting a real site other people can visit. See also Self-hosting.

Recovery

Capture restore points and roll your site back to one if a change needs to be undone.

Use it when something changed that shouldn't have, and you need your site's content back to an earlier state.

External MCP

Connect the built-in assistant to third-party MCP servers, so it can use the tools those servers expose — by name, a stdio command, or an OAuth/device-code flow, depending on the server.

Extend what your site's assistant can do beyond Tovu's own built-in tools, by plugging in another service's capabilities.

Webhooks

Send outbound notifications to external services when content on your site changes, with delivery history and automatic retries.

Keep another system — a build pipeline, a chat channel, a search index — in sync with what changes here.

API Keys

Issue and revoke keys for programmatic access to your site's admin API, kept separate from the sessions your logged-in admin users use.

For when something other than a person clicking around the admin — a script, an external integration — needs to talk to your site.
